LOCKOUT TAGOUT / ENERGY INSULATION SOFTWARE (KEY)

KEY works with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the cloud. It can be installed on smartphone, tablet and Android based hand terminals. In addition, it can be used on laptops and computers on the KEY Web page.

 

KEY does not require any installation in your information systems infrastructure. This means; You do not encounter any costs such as Windows Server license, SQL Server license, Antivirus license.

 

There are basically 7 modules in KEY.
 

 

  1. Insulation points module: The module where all panel and machine definitions in your factory can be defined and a barcode barcode can be created for these isolation points. Under this module, the relationship of equipment that can be attached to the relevant isolation point is established. Thus, the mistake of installing the wrong equipment at the isolation point is prevented.

    When the maintenance personnel goes to the isolation point, they can only see the appropriate equipment they can use and install the right equipment.

    Under this module, the coordinates of the isolation points are recorded. In large facilities, all isolation points can be displayed on the map (Google map, Yandex etc.). It can be seen as a bird's eye view at which isolation point the equipment is attached and which is not.
     

  2. Equipment module: The module in which the equipment used to secure the isolation points is recorded with photographs. Again, in this module, there will be illustrated and video usage examples for registered equipment.
     

  3. Application module: It is the module used to install and remove the equipment at the isolation point.

    a) Maintenance personnel goes to the isolation point, scan the data matrix barcode,
    b) Comes to the list of equipment that can be attached to that isolation point, selects the equipment to be used from the list,
    c) Chooses the date and time the maintenance will start,
    d) Chooses the date and time of the maintenance-forecast,
    e) The information of the person to perform the maintenance is obtained from the current user,
    f)  And he pushes the "Apply" button. The equipment selected after this stage is connected to that isolation point.

    If the equipment is still not removed from the isolation point when the date and time comes to an end of maintenance - the forecast is made, a push up notification, SMS, e-mail is sent to the designated persons (Maintenance manager, OHS manager).

    The reason of this;
    a) Maintenance personnel gave the estimated maintenance time without thinking, they should be warned.
    b) Maintenance staff has done maintenance but forgot to disassemble the equipment, it should be reminded.
    c) Maintenance personnel are waiting for the part, they need to update the estimated maintenance end time.
    d) Maintenance is prolonged due to unforeseen reasons, it should update the estimated maintenance end time.

    After the maintenance is completed, the equipment is removed, the relevant record is accessed through our software and the "Finish" button is pressed. After this process, the equipment is wasted and the isolation point can be energized.

    Our application can be integrated with your existing ERP application. When you want to close the maintenance record opened in your ERP application, KEY first looks at our application and checks whether the "End" button has been pressed. If it is not pressed, "You cannot close the maintenance record because EKED equipment is not removed!" warning message appears. This ensures consistency between the system and real life.
     

  4. Orientation module: A short orientation on locking labeling equipment can be given to newly recruited personnel here.
     

  5. Training module: Documents and videos containing the procedures and instructions related to the lock-out labeling process can be viewed here.
     

  6. Procedure and instruction module: You can manage the lockout labeling procedures and instructions that you will apply within your company here.
     

  7. Reporting module:,

    a) Bird's-eye view of all isolation points with a dashboard.
    b) History of the selected isolation point; How many times was it closed, what equipment was installed, by whom, etc ...
    c) Performance reports of maintenance staff.
